Where We Use AI, and Where We Do Not

01Why This Page Exists

Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited builds AI systems through mcel.ai and uses AI across its brands. We think a company in that position should say plainly where AI is used, where it is not, and who is accountable when it gets something wrong.

This statement also reflects our obligations under the EU AI Act. Its transparency rules — Article 50 — have applied since 2 August 2026, and the European Commission adopted guidelines on them on 20 July 2026.

02The Four Commitments

• If you are talking to AI, you will be told. Any system of ours that interacts with people directly identifies itself as AI at the start of the interaction. You never have to guess whether there is a person on the other end.
• A named human is accountable. AI drafts, researches and handles routine work. It does not have the final word on anything that affects you. Every recommendation we publish or give has a person behind it.
• We do not pass AI output off as human judgement. Where AI has materially shaped something you read, we are willing to say so.
• We do not create synthetic media of real people. No deepfakes, no AI-generated voices or images presented as genuine recordings.

• Not on this website. megacommercialenterprises.com has no chatbot, no assistant and no automated profiling of visitors.
• Not to make decisions about you. We make no solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
• Not to replace a professional. No AI of ours diagnoses, prescribes, prepares a tax return, or gives regulated financial advice — and neither do we.
• Not on your data, for training. We do not train models on your personal data and do not permit our providers to.

05Its Limits — Honestly

AI is genuinely useful and genuinely unreliable, often in the same sentence. It can be fluent and confident and wrong. It can miss context a person would catch instantly. It reflects the biases in what it was trained on.

That is precisely why our model is AI for scale, humans for judgement. We use it where volume is the problem, and we do not use it where judgement is the product. Every one of our brands sells judgement.

06Your Rights and Changes

You may ask whether AI was involved in something we produced for you, ask for a human review of any AI output that affects you, and ask us not to use AI systems in your engagement — we will say honestly whether that is possible and what it changes.

This field and its rules are moving quickly. We will update this statement as our practice changes and as further AI Act obligations take effect. The date at the top shows the last revision.
