We build AI systems and we use them in our own work, so we would rather be explicit than vague.

• AI systems that talk to you say so. Where one of our brands operates an AI system that interacts with people directly — an mcel.ai receptionist, for example — it discloses that it is AI. We treat that as a baseline obligation, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
• AI-assisted content is reviewed by a person. Where AI helps draft or research published material, a human checks it before publication and remains accountable for it. AI is not left to publish unsupervised.
• AI can be confidently wrong. Any AI-assisted output may contain errors or omissions. Nothing produced with AI assistance should be relied on as professional advice.
• We do not publish synthetic media as if it were real. We do not use deepfakes, and we do not present AI-generated images, audio or video as genuine recordings of real people or events.

Where any of our sites mentions results, savings, timeframes or outcomes, treat them as illustrative rather than predictive.

• Figures are representative of what has been achieved in particular circumstances. They are not a promise of what you will achieve.

• Nothing on our sites is a guarantee, forecast or warranty of any specific result.
